I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded between you and us as the provider via the website. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions used by you is hereby rejected.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
We sell goods partly or exclusively as a commission agent in our own name but on behalf of a third party as the owner of the goods. Regardless of this, we remain your contractual partner with all rights and obligations.
(2) By listing a product on our website, we submit a non-binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart.” You may access the shopping cart at any time via the navigation bar and make changes.
After clicking the button “Checkout” or “Proceed to Order” (or similar wording) and entering your personal details as well as payment and shipping information, the order details will be displayed as an order summary.
If you choose an instant payment method (e.g. PayPal (Express/Plus/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort, etc.), you will either be redirected to the order summary page in our online shop or to the website of the respective payment service provider.
After completing the required steps with the payment provider or returning to our online shop, the order details will again be displayed as an order summary.
Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review, modify (also via your browser’s “back” function), or cancel the order.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button (“order with obligation to pay,” “buy,” “buy now,” “place paid order,” “pay,” “pay now,” or similar wording), you legally declare acceptance of the offer, thereby concluding the contract.
(4) Requests for quotations submitted by you are non-binding. We will provide you with a binding offer in text form (e.g. by email), which you may accept within 5 days unless a different acceptance period is specified.
(5) Order processing and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract are carried out by email, partly in an automated manner. You must ensure that the email address provided is correct and that receipt of emails is technically ensured, in particular that it is not blocked by spam filters.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Payment Methods
(1) Payment via “PayPal” / “PayPal Checkout”
If you select a payment method offered via PayPal / PayPal Checkout, payment processing is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”). The available PayPal payment methods are displayed on our website and during the checkout process. PayPal may use other payment services for processing; if special payment terms apply, you will be informed separately. Further information can be found at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full.
(2) Payment via “Stripe”
If you select a payment method offered via Stripe, payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland (“Stripe”). The available Stripe payment methods are displayed on our website and during checkout. Stripe may use additional payment services; any special payment terms will be communicated separately. Further information can be found at https://stripe.com/de.
§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
(1) You may exercise a right of retention only insofar as it relates to claims arising from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Consumers are requested to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage and to report any complaints promptly to us and the carrier. Failure to do so does not affect statutory warranty rights.
(3) Any deviation of the goods from objective requirements shall only be deemed agreed if you were informed of such deviation prior to submitting your contractual declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed upon by the contracting parties.
§ 6 Choice of Law
(1) German law shall apply. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (principle of favorability).
(2) The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

5.4. Money transfer costs (bank transfer or exchange rate fees) must be borne by you if delivery is made to an EU Member State but payment is initiated outside the EU.
5.5. Available payment methods are displayed on our website or in the respective offer.
5.6. Unless otherwise stated, payment claims are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1. Delivery conditions, delivery dates, and any delivery restrictions can be found on our website or in the respective offer.
6.2. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods during shipment passes to you only upon delivery, regardless of whether the shipment is insured. This does not apply if you independently commission a carrier not designated by the seller.
Undeliverable Shipments / Acceptance Default
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or failure to collect the shipment from the designated parcel station, delivery shall be deemed duly offered. Re-delivery will only take place after payment of a re-delivery fee of €12.
If no response is received within 7 days after notification, the claim to the goods shall expire. A refund is excluded in this case (§§ 293 ff. German Civil Code).
