Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your goods to request a return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated exclusively through our customer support via email or via our returns form. After approval, you will receive all necessary information regarding the next steps.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be sent only to the address provided by our email support.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of this voluntary return policy, consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
