Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer (DDU/DDP depending on the destination country).
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link or tracking number (if provided by the carrier).
Undeliverable Shipments
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect the shipment (e.g. missed pickup deadline at a parcel shop), we will charge the costs for re-shipment.
Any refund issued will be made minus the original shipping costs, where applicable.
